The International Conference on Emerging Technologies and Educational Innovation (ICETEI 2025) invites researchers, educators, and practitioners to submit high-quality, original contributions addressing the integration of digital technologies and innovative methodologies in education.
Papers must be original and not under review or previously published elsewhere. Submissions will be evaluated based on their contribution to the field, methodological rigor, clarity, and relevance to the conference topics. All papers will be subject to a rigorous double-blind peer review process.
ICETEI 2025 accepts two types of contributions:
• Full papers (12–15+ pages): presenting mature research, empirical studies, or conceptual frameworks with strong theoretical grounding and results.
• Short papers (6–8+ pages): showcasing work-in-progress, exploratory studies, case studies, or innovative practices.
Accepted papers written in Spanish will be published in a peer-reviewed book with ISBN. The official formatting template for papers in Spanish is already available here.
Accepted papers written in English will be included in conference proceedings currently under evaluation for indexation in Scopus. The official template for English submissions will be provided once the proceedings format has been approved.
To ensure publication, at least one author of each accepted paper must complete early registration.
Accepted Full Papers: Authors will have a total of 20 minutes: 15 minutes for the oral presentation and 5 minutes for questions and discussion.
Accepted Short Papers: Short papers will be presented in a dedicated poster session, where each author will have 10 minutes to present their work, followed by 3 minutes for questions and discussion.
Participation in the presentation session is mandatory for both full and short paper authors to validate inclusion in the proceedings.
Templates: Templates for oral presentations and posters will be published soon on the official website.
